This article is written just after the Popes visit to the United States. However, the title might lead the idea the Pope does not like social media it is not the point of the article. The Pope talks about how people are separated even though they can communicate instantly with anyone. This article points out the negative side of social media and how it is affecting our skill of interacting with people in person. Even the Pope has social media, but he has a respectable balance between connecting through social media and in person. Module three is about the relationships we build with people and how social media can help and hinder that connection.

I like what you pulled from the article of the Pope's feelings towards being so connected, yet so separated. It is interesting being in a room of lots of people, who are mostly looking at their phone rather than talking to the people next to them. Seeing the connection between what Mr. McGahan said about 80% of people taking technology on vacations to stay "connected."
