Post #3 - Romance and the Dangers of Social Media
Romance and the Dangers of Social Media

I liked this article because it gives logical reasons and recommends a person taking control of how to handle their social media accounts and breaking up of a relationship. Relationships are messy and it's hard to be logical but the article goes through different steps on how to break up over social media. It recommends blocking and hiding pictures and posts of the relationship so that it is not a constant remember of the past. It recommends talking with the ex and not just defriending them with notice so that the wrong impression is not given. It recommends being in control.
Breakups are hard to handle and it is a highly emotional situation. It is a good thing to remember that it is not a good thing to be stalking your ex that to move on you need to be the past behind you and that can't be done if you constantly bring up the ex.

This is an interesting thought. When couples get divorced, I don't think that they should be friends anymore from personal experience through family. Looking back at this, it was painful enough to go through the break up. I think that the unfollowing should happen soon afterwards. To remain friends a year later is quite unhealthy I think. I agree that it gives logical reasons why you should go through their steps.
