This article touches a little bit on keeping your work life professional and your personal life personal. Do you have your boss on a social media site? Does it make you uncomfortable with things they post, or does it make you think twice before you post something? I guess unless you were friends before that person became your boss, I can understand when people remain friends via social media, but otherwise, as a leader and a boss, I don't think you need to cross that line with your employees. I am now very careful of what I post because I don't want it to come back on me. I am also very particular with people I add on social media. If we are an acquiatance and don't speak, then I will not add you. There are things that your boss just does not need to know!
