While a lot of articles talk about how social media can have a negative effect on relationships, this article casts the opposite light. It talks about how social media can be good for relationships. The first example is how LinkedIn can be used to expand your networking circle, which can come in handy when applying for jobs. The article says that Twitter is the best way to reach out to companies, also for job seeking purposes. Another form of positive social media was that Tinder helps open you up to having new dating possibilities.
Nick,
ReplyDeleteThis article is the polar opposite of the last article I read which basically had no use whatsoever for social media. This article shows how social media can be used to create many new relationships in a variety of ways. A very different article than the last one I read. Good article.

I think this article goes to show that there are good and bad things with everything. Social media can be used to stalk and ruin a relationship but it can also be used to make connections, further relationships, and keep in touch better in long distance relationships.
