Josh Mooney-Module 3 Blog Post 1

The article that I chose to write about first is titled "How Facebook Affects Our Relationships." In this article, Gwendolyn Seidman talks about some of the good and bad impacts that Facebook has had on partners relationships. An example of a good thing she explains is how much easier it is to be in a relationship and also to find out a little more about a certain individual. Some bad examples include jealousy, anxiety, and even excessive Facebook time which can harm relationships.

  1. Josh, as you are aware we are all subject to spending too much time on Facebook "creeping" which everyone does and can sometimes get us in trouble. For instance if you accidentally "like" an old photo or post from five years ago, that doesn't look very good when the person sees that. But Facebook does allow you to access to anothers information that can either help or harm the relationship.
