The topic of this article is "Is Social Media a Waste of Time", now depending on what side of the spectrum you are on this argument can go either way. For me, I can go either way. The article talks about Facebook and how social media is an extension of our lives now. This statement I agree with. Its hard talking to someone or being around someone that is focused on checking Facebook. Yes you should be able to control it, but it becomes addicting. Companies are coming up with divisions that focus on social media. Now for this reason I am okay with. With everyone turning to Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, etc, it is easier to reach a certain portion of the World through social media. So depending on how you look at it and your own opinion, social media is not a waste of time.
