This article talks about the effect the social media has on the ends relationships. Social media has made ending a relationship even hard then it was before. On one hand, social media makes the break up not as personal and easier for someone to do without emotions with a keyboard than face to face. However, after the end of a relationship you have the ability to see what your ex is up to since the relationship has ended. Whether your former boyfriend/girlfriend has moved on to someone else or is just having a fun time not being with you does not help the situation. In the end, a break from social media can always be great for someone trying to get some space.

Tyler,
ReplyDeleteYour right that social media makes it easier for someone to break off a relationship; however, I'm not sure that is a good thing. Shouldn't ending a relationship be heard? When you invest time and emotions into a relationship it should be difficult, hard and emotional to end it. I would think when ending a relationship a person would "de-friend" that person and making it a clean cut. When you get the social media connection, I think it is because you are being cruel and you want to make sure that other person is miserable due to the breakup while you have moved on.
