This
article talks about the science behind building relationships on social
media. I found it to be very helpful in that it talks about how
companies and organizations can build relationships on social media. It
talks specifically about commitment, control of mutuality, communality, trust,
and satisfaction. These are the key things that a company needs to use.
The article also says that companies need to post often on social media
to keep readers engaged. If you take a deeper look into this article I
think that you will find it helpful in doing your capstone project. I
know that I thought about what this article said when I did my paper.
