The second social media site that I found, never have heard of. It is call Pheed. It is supposed to be a young and upcoming social media site that will bring everything together. This site you can subscribe to channels or special events that are happening. You do have to subscribe to events and channels, so this site is not completely free. It it kinda cool because it brings bits of other sites all together. Such as pictures, videos, shopping, selling, just about anything that you can think of. I think this could end up being a very popular site after a while.
For my groups NPO, which is the humane society in Kearney I believe it could use this site. It would be a good way to possibly sell or buy things for the organization. Also you could post pictures and videos that could show of the organization and what they all have to offer.
Alex I think you're spot on when you say that this social platform could really take off in the near future, its hip, popular and like you said it brings all the different aspects that other social media sites like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter all in one site. I think that my non-profit organization could probably use this site too because they could post videos about what the organization has been doing around Kearney and Nebraska in general.
ReplyDeleteAlex, I think your interpretation of this website hits the nail on the head. I could see this being a really popular thing in the college atmosphere especially. After-all, that is what Facebook started out as.
