I chose this article because I really like how it talks about how much all these advancements and improvements companies are making for their social networking sites actually pays off. This article says that just within the last two years, consumer satisfaction reviews for social networking sites have climbed tremendously and put them with the top industries, whereas just two years ago they were categorized with the bottom three industries. So people may criticize that social networking is evolving too much and becoming too advanced, but by the looks of it, everyone likes it a lot better.

I think that social media can definitely increase customer satisfaction. When I post something on a company's page it makes me feel important and that I matter to them.
ReplyDeleteI'm kind of surprised that it has taken this long to for customer satisfaction to improve. If you think about it, so many people would rather use the Internet to make purchases, communicate, or do business. Social media continues to grow and advance, because it attracts people of all ages.
