On my third article I found it talks about the importance of social media for marketing, sales, and customer service. It states that companies who are failing in these areas are not using their full potential and being as profitable as they could be. Social media is the easiest and best way to connect with others. On social media sites you can get direct contact with individuals to show them what your company can offer. The future will continue to revolve more and more about social media.
Social media is a vital portion of business when it comes to marketing and sales. Getting a company's name out is often the most crucial component to success. Social media makes this easier than it has ever been before. I believe that the future of social media will make it possible for customers and employees to become more immersed than ever before. This will hopefully increase sales, exposure, and other important factors that help companies become successful.
ReplyDeleteI agree I feel as if, social media, in terms of marketing and customer service does not live up to its full potential. especially in the customer service portion when reading this article I could not help but think of my own NPO. My NPO is definitely lacking in both marketing and custom service, agreeging with Alex's article.
