This article discusses what could possibly be brought about by the implementation of Web 3.0. The article begins by stating that in today's web a person has to make multiple searches to find what they need (i.e movie times, places to eat). It states that with Web 3.0 a person will be able to type one complex sentence into the search bar and the browser will analyze it and give multiple search results all from one phrase. The article also describes Web 1.0 as a library, Web 2.0 as a group of friends and acquaintances, and Web 3.0 is predicted to be a personal assistant that knows everything about you. This will drastically change the way that we are involved with the Internet in the coming years. The article also gets into some of the technical jargon that separates Web 3.0 from Web 2.0. Overall, it seems that there are going to be big things in store for the future of the World Wide Web.
I think its funny that they are trying to make improvements to web 3.0 already and thinking "oh what can we do to make this new web better". Its crazy that technology is replacing personal assistants and is taking jobs from real people. It is true that technology in this day and age is really becoming all we need, but it is also true that more and more people are out of jobs due to technology.
