Meetup is the second social media site that I looked at using. Meetup has various features that let its users find other users to meet up, hence the name. This app is free to its users. Its ease of use seemed pretty simple, but just like every other social media site the first time you log on you have to figure out how to do things.This site would be a fabulous way for an NPO to get people to their facilities. For instance Classic Car could reach out to people who are interested in cars and let them know that certain car clubs are meeting there. It would really be a good way to get more people in the loop.

Meetup is certainly new to me. I found that this social media site would work excellent for possible job lookers. Meaning that there are several people who may need some work done around the house. This site could help significantly when trying to decide between a contractor and a handy man. By allowing a handy man to use this site it could drastically increase his business.
