Web 3.0, Facbook Graph Search, Bing: What It Means for Brands

The article shows how Facebook is already using Web 3.0 with it's Graph Search. The search is all about how many likes a business has. For example while Foot Locker may be the most popular store across the nation but if Bob's Shoe Barn has more likes in Kearney, NE when somebody searches Bob's will be listed before Foot Locker. All based on how many "Likes" are in that area.
This is the first article that I have read which shows the Web 3.0 being not as personalized by an individual but more personalized by a community. I am not a big fan of anything that I have read about Web 3.0 and personalizing everything over what I search for. This now makes it personalized on what my neighbors like regardless that I like Foot Locker better than Bob's. It takes the individual out of the community.
