With the new innovations of Web 3.0, there has also been advances in the way people do recruitment. Back when Web 1.0 started, recruiting people for a job consisted of posting an advertisement and waiting for a response via email or call. Nowadays finding people for a job has become a more connected and people sharing aspect within Web 3.0. With this new form of the Web, there has been better branding. However, with Web 3.0 the talent pool is decreasing and job opportunities are available to passive seekers. Therefore, trying to find people with a special skill can be more difficult than it has been in the past.
