Ask.fm is social networking site allowing people to ask others questions and get responses. It is relatively simple to use. after creating an account you can simply just find a person and ask them any question. You can evenly submit a question anonymously. As, this site has been up been active for several years now its sustainability has proven to be very low. Speaking from personal experience, Ask.fm has proved to be much of a "trend" social media site like Wigo. With that being said, I do not see this social media site being an effective tool for my NPO. Any questions needed to be answered by the Kearney Humane society should be over the phone or in person in a professional matter. this site is not an effective professional too for marketing Kearney Humane Society.

If I had a dollar for every time I've used ask.fm I would have five dollars. This site isn't something that I would take the time to use but nonetheless it is very useful for the answer seekers. The way that this site allows you to ask questions could be valuable to an NPO if it were very large and demanding. Meaning if the NPO doesn't have the manpower to answer calls they could just let the site build up questions that some may have.
ReplyDeleteChance, ask.fm isn't highly regarded when it comes to credibility. Have I used it before, yes but you never know who's on the other end answering the question so the information isn't always the best.
